Constipation can be treated with the same medications you used in pregnancy. We recommend Colace, Senna or Milk of Magnesia.
Hemorrhoids are a normal finding after pregnancy. If they do not bother you, they do not need to be treated. If they are causing pain or discomfort, we recommend using Tucks pads or Preparation H – both can be bought over the counter.
